Peloton wanted to deepen community connection by spotlighting real members and their stories. Using their latest brand essence of unlocking human power, I led brand storytelling from concept to execution for their Member Stories UK campaign and interviewed participants to bring these narratives to life.

Shaping the story with authentic, community-driven narratives that strengthened brand loyalty and engagement, this medium-tier part of the work increased social interactions, resonated with Peloton’s core audience, and reinforced its premium positioning.
